Every machine Tollaston sells is rigged and installed by our own crews, leveled and commissioned against the manufacturer's spec, and proven on your own material before we call the job done. Operators and programmers get hands-on training on the actual control they'll run every day, not a generic manual. We coordinate electrical and utility hookups with your facility ahead of delivery so install day isn't the first time anyone checks whether the power, air or water supply is ready, and we come back within the first 90 days to catch anything a new crew missed.

Yes — our own crews handle rigging and placement rather than a subcontractor, so the same team that quoted the job is accountable for getting it on the floor safely.

Power, compressed air, water and floor loading sized to the machine's spec — we confirm all of this during a pre-delivery site survey so install day isn't the first time anyone checks.

It depends on the machine's complexity, from a half-day on a simple panel saw to several days on a 5-axis machining centre or a robotic cell — we scope it with your quote.

We return for a follow-up visit within the first 90 days, and our field service team is a phone call away beyond that.
