Hydravex builds waterjet cutting, and Tollaston is an authorized dealer across Canada and the US. The line is American-engineered and suits fabricators and stone shops cutting materials a laser or plasma table can't touch cleanly. We carry the HX-2040 and the HX5-3060 5-Axis, all sharing the Hydravex FlowLogic control. Every purchase includes a real test on your own material or parts at our Vaughan Tech Centre, applications engineering from your first quote through your first production run, Hydravex parts stocked in our Vaughan warehouse, and factory-trained service technicians across Canada and the US.

Waterjet cutting system
HX-2040
The HX-2040 is Hydravex's straight-head waterjet, built for shops that need clean, cold-cut edges on metal, stone, glass, rubber and composites without the cost of a 5-axis head. A 60,000 psi direct-drive intensifier pump feeds a single vertical cutting head over a 2000 x 4000 mm (6.5' x 13') tank bed, cutting material up to 100 mm (4") thick with no heat-affected zone. The Hydravex FlowLogic control drives nesting and pierce sequencing, and an automatic abrasive metering system keeps garnet consumption consistent from part to part. Tollaston runs a test cut on your own material, sets up the abrasive and water supply, and trains your team on programming.

5-axis waterjet cutting system
HX5-3060 5-Axis
The HX5-3060 5-Axis adds an articulating wrist to Hydravex's waterjet platform, so the cutting head tilts through the kerf and cancels the natural taper a straight jet leaves on thicker material — square edges on parts that would otherwise need a secondary finishing pass. A 90,000 psi direct-drive intensifier pump feeds a single head over a 3000 x 6000 mm (10' x 20') tank bed, cutting metal, stone, glass, tile and composites with the same setup. Because it cuts stone as cleanly as metal, Tollaston also lists this machine under Stone CNC Centres for stone fabricators. The Hydravex FlowLogic control manages taper compensation automatically from the part's material and thickness. Tollaston runs a test cut on your own material, sets up abrasive supply, and trains your programmers.
