The line is Swiss-engineered and suits shops turning small-diameter, high length-to-diameter precision parts. We carry the JS-20 and JS-32, all sharing the Jurassa Corvo control. Every purchase includes a real test on your own material or parts at our Vaughan Tech Centre, applications engineering from your first quote through your first production run, Jurassa parts stocked in our Vaughan warehouse, and factory-trained service technicians across Canada and the US.

Swiss-type CNC lathe
JS-20
The JS-20 is Jurassa's compact Swiss-type platform, built for small-diameter precision components where a guide bushing keeps long, slender parts from deflecting under the cut. Twin 10,000 rpm main and sub-spindles, 26 tool positions and six driven tool stations let it turn, mill, drill and cut off a finished part in a single continuous cycle with no operator intervention. Tollaston sells the JS-20 into medical device, electronics connector and precision fastener work, where diameters under 20 mm and tight length-to-diameter ratios rule out a standard turning centre. The switchable guide-bushing and bushingless modes give one machine the flexibility to run both long slender parts and shorter, harder-to-hold components without swapping platforms.

Swiss-type CNC lathe
JS-32
The JS-32 steps up Jurassa's Swiss-type platform to a 32 mm bar capacity and 9 total axes, adding a Y-axis and expanded back-working capability for parts with more complex geometry than the JS-20 handles comfortably. Twin 8,000 rpm spindles, 32 tool positions and eight driven stations cover hydraulic fitting components, larger medical instrument parts and precision automotive fasteners that need more than a straight turn-and-cut-off cycle. Tollaston recommends the JS-32 as the natural upgrade path once a shop's Swiss-type parts grow past 20 mm in diameter or start needing off-center milled features — the switchable guide bushing carries over from the JS-20, so the process knowledge your team already has transfers directly.
