The line is American-engineered and suits glass fabricators processing everyday float glass through laminated safety glass. We carry the CV-3721 and the CV-LAM 3300, all sharing the Clarivue PaneLogic control. Every purchase includes a real test on your own material or parts at our Vaughan Tech Centre, applications engineering from your first quote through your first production run, Clarivue parts stocked in our Vaughan warehouse, and factory-trained service technicians across Canada and the US.

Float glass cutting table
CV-3721
The CV-3721 is Clarivue's float-glass cutting table, built to break down full-size stock sheets into ordered cut lists quickly and accurately. A 3700 x 2500 mm (146" x 98") air-float bed lets a single operator slide large, heavy sheets with minimal effort, while an overhead scoring gantry with a carbide wheel scores glass from 2 mm to 19 mm (0.08" to 0.75") thick. The Clarivue PaneLogic control optimizes cut sequences against your order list to minimize offcut waste. Tollaston runs a test cut on your own glass stock, sets up the air-float bed's compressed-air supply, and trains your team on cut-list programming.

Laminated glass cutting line
CV-LAM 3300
The CV-LAM 3300 automates the extra steps laminated glass needs beyond a single scoring pass. Two in-line scoring stations score both glass plies on a 3300 mm (130") air-float bed, then a heated separation station softens the PVB interlayer so the sheet snaps cleanly along the score without cracking into the body of the glass. It handles laminated stock from 6.4 mm (0.25") to 25 mm (1") total thickness, covering standard safety laminate through heavy structural and acoustic glass. The Clarivue PaneLogic control sequences scoring, heating and separation automatically once a cut list is loaded. Tollaston runs a test cut on your own laminate stock and trains your team on the workflow.
