The FK-3220 XL brings Formavex's digital knife-cutting platform to a 3200 x 2000 mm (126" x 79") vacuum bed for shops running full sheets of packaging board, foam, gasket material, composites and rigid signage. A multi-tool head switches automatically between oscillating knife, tangential knife, router bit and creasing wheel within a single job, so a die-cut box or gasket sheet comes off the table cut, creased and ready to fold. The Formavex EdgeLogic control reads standard cut files directly from design software, cutting the step of building physical dies out of short-run packaging work entirely.
