Formavex builds CO2 lasers, digital knife cutting tables and CNC foam cutters, and Tollaston is an authorized dealer across Canada and the US. The line is European-engineered and suits sign shops, packaging houses and composite and foam fabricators. We carry the FC-1390 CO2 and FC-2030 laser systems, the FK-1630 Digital and FK-3220 XL cutting tables, and the FW-4 HotWire foam cutter, all sharing the Formavex EdgeLogic control. Every purchase includes a real test on your own material or parts at our Vaughan Tech Centre, applications engineering from your first quote through your first production run, Formavex parts stocked in our Vaughan warehouse, and factory-trained service technicians across Canada and the US.

CO2 laser cutting and engraving system
FC-1390 CO2
The FC-1390 CO2 is Formavex's entry laser for shops cutting and engraving acrylic, wood, fabric, leather and cardboard without the footprint or cost of a production platform. A 1300 x 900 mm (51" x 35") honeycomb bed and 130W in-house sealed CO2 laser tube handle the great majority of sign, award and packaging-prototype work. The Formavex EdgeLogic control's material library sets speed and power automatically for common stock, so new operators are cutting clean parts on day one. Tollaston sets up ventilation, runs a test job on your own material, and trains your team on the software.

CO2 laser cutting and engraving system
FC-2030
The FC-2030 steps up Formavex's CO2 platform to a 2000 x 3000 mm (79" x 118") bed and a 300W in-house sealed CO2 laser tube, sized for shops cutting and engraving non-metal materials in volume — acrylic, MDF, plywood, foam board, fabric, leather and cardboard. A honeycomb vacuum bed holds thin stock flat across the full width, and the Formavex EdgeLogic control runs cut and engrave passes in one job file so a sign panel comes off the bed cut, engraved and ready to finish. Dual-zone exhaust keeps fume extraction efficient even at full bed length. Tollaston sets up ventilation, runs a test job on your own material, and trains your team on the software.

Digital cutting table
FK-1630 Digital
The FK-1630 Digital brings die-free digital cutting to shops that don't need the FK-3220 XL's full sheet capacity. A 1600 x 3000 mm (63" x 118") vacuum bed and an automatic tool head switch between oscillating knife, tangential knife, router bit and creasing wheel within a single job, covering foam gaskets, packaging prototypes, composites and rigid signage from one machine. Because it cuts foam gaskets and inserts as cleanly as packaging board, Tollaston also lists this machine under CNC Foam Cutting. The Formavex EdgeLogic control imports cut files directly from design software. Tollaston runs a test job on your own material and trains your team on file setup.

Digital cutting table
FK-3220 XL
The FK-3220 XL brings Formavex's digital knife-cutting platform to a 3200 x 2000 mm (126" x 79") vacuum bed for shops running full sheets of packaging board, foam, gasket material, composites and rigid signage. A multi-tool head switches automatically between oscillating knife, tangential knife, router bit and creasing wheel within a single job, so a die-cut box or gasket sheet comes off the table cut, creased and ready to fold. The Formavex EdgeLogic control reads standard cut files directly from design software, cutting the step of building physical dies out of short-run packaging work entirely. Tollaston runs a test job on your own material and trains your team on file setup and tool changeover.

CNC hot-wire foam cutter
FW-4 HotWire
The FW-4 HotWire cuts EPS, XPS and polyurethane foam with a resistance-heated wire instead of a blade, leaving a clean, melted edge with no crumbling or dust. A 4-axis frame — X, Y, plus two independently driven towers — cuts straight profiles, tapers and compound curves across a 2000 x 1000 x 800 mm (79" x 39" x 31") envelope, while an optional rotary turntable adds true 3D profiles like columns and architectural mouldings. The Formavex EdgeLogic control imports DXF and STL files directly, and wire temperature and feed speed are tuned per foam density from a stored material library. Tollaston runs a test cut on your own foam stock and trains your team on wire replacement and material presets.
