RV-Weld Duo
The RV-Weld Duo puts two robot arms around a shared 2-station rotary positioner, so one station welds while the other loads — the cell never sits idle waiting on an operator. Each arm carries a 20 kg payload with a 2000 mm (79") reach and runs MIG or TIG processes, switchable by program, with seam-tracking sensors that adjust the torch path to part-to-part variation in fit-up. The Robovanta MotionCell control synchronizes both arms and the positioner so programs written for one station run identically on the other.
