A 2019 Formavex FK-1630 digital cutting table, taken in on trade at our Charlotte branch from a sign and packaging shop upgrading to a larger table. This oscillating-knife and router combination head handles corrugate, foam board, acrylic and light aluminum composite, and it carried a light single-shift duty cycle through its life. This unit has now sold to a Southeast packaging converter. It is shown here, as with all our sold listings, so buyers can see typical pricing and specification for this model.
Traded in by a Charlotte sign and packaging shop upgrading table size. Knife and router head tested through full travel with no fault codes at intake; conveyor belt and vacuum zones inspected and holding. Sold as-is following a full service check.

The FK-1630 Digital brings die-free digital cutting to shops that don't need the FK-3220 XL's full sheet capacity. A 1600 x 3000 mm (63" x 118") vacuum bed and an automatic tool head switch between oscillating knife, tangential knife, router bit and creasing wheel within a single job, covering foam gaskets, packaging prototypes, composites and rigid signage from one machine. Because it cuts foam gaskets and inserts as cleanly as packaging board, Tollaston also lists this machine under CNC Foam Cutting. The Formavex EdgeLogic control imports cut files directly from design software. Tollaston runs a test job on your own material and trains your team on file setup.

Formavex FK-3220 XL
The FK-3220 XL brings Formavex's digital knife-cutting platform to a 3200 x 2000 mm (126" x 79") vacuum bed for shops running full sheets of packaging board, foam, gasket material, composites and rigid signage. A multi-tool head switches automatically between oscillating knife, tangential knife, router bit and creasing wheel within a single job, so a die-cut box or gasket sheet comes off the table cut, creased and ready to fold. The Formavex EdgeLogic control reads standard cut files directly from design software, cutting the step of building physical dies out of short-run packaging work entirely. Tollaston runs a test job on your own material and trains your team on file setup and tool changeover.
