Arcvanta builds plasma and oxyfuel cutting tables, and Tollaston is an authorized dealer across Canada and the US. The line is American-engineered and suits structural steel, heavy transportation and pressure-vessel fabricators. We carry the AV-2560 Bevel and the AVX-3080 Dual, all sharing the Arcvanta Pathfinder control. Every purchase includes a real test on your own material or parts at our Vaughan Tech Centre, applications engineering from your first quote through your first production run, Arcvanta parts stocked in our Vaughan warehouse, and factory-trained service technicians across Canada and the US.

Plasma cutting table
AV-2560 Bevel
The AV-2560 Bevel puts weld-prep edges on parts without a second operation. A 260A plasma source over a 2500 x 6000 mm (8'2" x 19'8") bed pierces up to 50 mm (2") mild steel, and the bevel-head torch tilts up to ±45° to cut V, X, K and Y weld-prep bevels in the same pass as the profile cut. The Arcvanta Pathfinder control drives true-hole plasma technology for bolt-ready holes and manages bevel-angle transitions automatically at corners. It suits fabricators who currently grind or machine bevels by hand and want that step off the floor entirely. Tollaston sizes the water table and gas supply, proves bevel accuracy on your own plate, and trains your operators.

Plasma and oxyfuel cutting gantry
AVX-3080 Dual
The AVX-3080 Dual pairs a high-amperage plasma carriage with a multi-torch oxyfuel station on one reinforced gantry, so a single table cuts thin-to-mid steel fast with plasma and switches to oxyfuel for plate thicker than plasma can economically pierce. A 3000 x 8000 mm (10' x 26') bed and 400A plasma source pierce up to 80 mm (3.15") mild steel, while the four-torch oxyfuel station runs up to 300 mm (12") for the heaviest plate work. The Arcvanta Pathfinder control switches between processes on the same part program and drives true-hole and pierce-delay technology to keep edge quality consistent across both. Tollaston sizes the water table and gas supply for your shop, runs a test cut on your own plate, and trains your team on both processes.
