Advantages
Why Choose Plasma & Oxyfuel Cutting?
Cut any thickness on one table
Combine plasma speed on thin material with oxyfuel capacity on heavy plate.
Weld-ready edges
Automatic bevel heads put V, X, K and Y weld-prep edges on parts in the same pass.
Tech Centre test cuts
We prove cut and bevel quality on your own plate before the table ships.
Coast-to-coast service
Consumables and technicians across Canada and the US keep your table cutting.

Plasma and oxyfuel cutting gantry
AVX-3080 Dual
The AVX-3080 Dual pairs a high-amperage plasma carriage with a multi-torch oxyfuel station on one reinforced gantry, so a single table cuts thin-to-mid steel fast with plasma and switches to oxyfuel for plate thicker than plasma can economically pierce. A 3000 x 8000 mm (10' x 26') bed and 400A plasma source pierce up to 80 mm (3.15") mild steel, while the four-torch oxyfuel station runs up to 300 mm (12") for the heaviest plate work. The Arcvanta Pathfinder control switches between processes on the same part program and drives true-hole and pierce-delay technology to keep edge quality consistent across both. Tollaston sizes the water table and gas supply for your shop, runs a test cut on your own plate, and trains your team on both processes.

Plasma cutting table
AV-2560 Bevel
The AV-2560 Bevel puts weld-prep edges on parts without a second operation. A 260A plasma source over a 2500 x 6000 mm (8'2" x 19'8") bed pierces up to 50 mm (2") mild steel, and the bevel-head torch tilts up to ±45° to cut V, X, K and Y weld-prep bevels in the same pass as the profile cut. The Arcvanta Pathfinder control drives true-hole plasma technology for bolt-ready holes and manages bevel-angle transitions automatically at corners. It suits fabricators who currently grind or machine bevels by hand and want that step off the floor entirely. Tollaston sizes the water table and gas supply, proves bevel accuracy on your own plate, and trains your operators.

FAQ
Plasma & Oxyfuel Cutting Questions
Answers to common questions about our plasma & oxyfuel cutting products.
Plasma cuts faster on material up to roughly 50-80 mm and handles any metal, including stainless and aluminum. Oxyfuel is more economical on mild steel plate beyond that range, up to 300 mm — the AVX-3080 Dual gives you both on one table.
Both run on 600V/3-phase service — 100A for the AV-2560 Bevel, 150A for the AVX-3080 Dual. Plasma needs compressed air or oxygen; oxyfuel needs acetylene or propane plus oxygen.
Yes — on-site training covers torch setup, consumable service and part programming for every process the table supports.
