Ferroniq builds press brakes and panel benders, and Tollaston is an authorized dealer across Canada and the US. The line is European-engineered and suits fabricators bending everything from job-shop parts to long panels and high-volume boxes and trays. We carry the FE-135 Servo, FH-320 Tandem and FP-2500 Panel, all sharing the Ferroniq Arc 19 control. Every purchase includes a real test on your own material or parts at our Vaughan Tech Centre, applications engineering from your first quote through your first production run, Ferroniq parts stocked in our Vaughan warehouse, and factory-trained service technicians across Canada and the US.

Servo-electric press brake
FE-135 Servo
The FE-135 Servo replaces a hydraulic power pack with a servo-electric drive, so it draws power only during the bend itself, runs noticeably quieter, and needs no hydraulic oil to maintain. Rated at 135 US tons over a 3000 mm (10') bending length, it holds bend-to-bend repeatability tighter than a comparable hydraulic brake and starts up ready to bend with no oil warm-up cycle. A 4-axis CNC back gauge and the Ferroniq Arc 19 touchscreen control handle multi-bend part programs from a graphical sequence editor. Tollaston sets up and levels the brake, programs your first parts, and trains your operators on tooling and bend-sequence setup.

Hydraulic press brake
FH-320 Tandem
The FH-320 Tandem is Ferroniq's heavy hydraulic press brake, rated at 320 US tons over a 6000 mm (20') bending length and built from the ground up to synchronize with a second FH-320 for tandem bends beyond any single brake's length. Twin synchronized hydraulic cylinders and a 6-axis CNC back gauge (X, R, Z1, Z2, X1, X2) hold position across the full bed, and automatic CNC crowning keeps the bend angle consistent end to end even on thin material. The Ferroniq Arc 19 touchscreen control programs bend sequences and tandem synchronization from one screen. Tollaston installs and levels the brake, runs a test bend on your own material, and trains your operators on tandem setup and tooling changeover.

CNC panel folder
FP-2500 Panel
The FP-2500 Panel automates the up-and-down bending that would otherwise take a press brake and a second set of hands. A blade-and-beam bending head folds sheet up to 2500 x 1250 mm (98" x 49") and 3 mm (0.12") mild steel — 2.5 mm (0.1") stainless — while the sheet stays flat on the table, so one operator loads and programs box, tray and enclosure parts with every bend angle and sequence stored as a part program. The Ferroniq Arc 19 touchscreen control calls up to 200 stored programs and drives the motorized back gauge and blade positioning automatically between bends. Tollaston installs, programs your first parts library, and trains your team on the workflow.
