Lasoryx builds fiber laser cutting for sheet and tube, and Tollaston is an authorized dealer across Canada and the US. The line is European-engineered and suits fabricators moving from a first laser through lights-out production. We carry the LX-3015, LX-4020 Pro and LX-8020 Titan sheet lasers, and the LXT-65 and LXT-230 tube lasers, all sharing the Lasoryx Vector control. Every purchase includes a real test on your own material or parts at our Vaughan Tech Centre, applications engineering from your first quote through your first production run, Lasoryx parts stocked in our Vaughan warehouse, and factory-trained service technicians across Canada and the US.

LX-3015
The LX-3015 is Lasoryx's entry point into fiber laser cutting, sized and priced for a job shop bringing sheet metal cutting in-house for the first time. A 1500 x 3000 mm (5' x 10') bed and 3 kW in-house fiber laser source cut mild steel to 20 mm (0.8"), stainless to 12 mm (0.5") and aluminum to 10 mm (0.4") — enough range for most job-shop parts without the cost or footprint of a production platform. The Lasoryx Vector control and included nesting software are the same software your team would use on a larger Lasoryx later, so there's nothing to relearn if you upgrade. Tollaston installs, commissions and trains on-site, and the LX-3015 is backed by the same coast-to-coast parts and service network as every other Lasoryx we sell.

LX-4020 Pro
The LX-4020 Pro is Lasoryx's production fiber laser, built for fabricators who need to keep cutting through breaks and overnight. A 1830 x 3660 mm (6' x 12') bed pairs with a 12 kW in-house fiber laser source and an automated dual-pallet load/unload tower, so a finished sheet swaps out while the next nest is already cutting. The Lasoryx Vector control drives nesting, nozzle changeover and pierce sequencing without an operator standing over it, and a full-perimeter enclosure keeps the floor safe during unattended runs. Tollaston commissions every LX-4020 Pro on your own steel, stainless and aluminum at our Vaughan Tech Centre before it ships, trains your programmers on the nesting software, and backs it with coast-to-coast parts and service.

Fiber laser cutting system
LX-8020 Titan
The LX-8020 Titan is Lasoryx's high-power flagship, built to cut thick plate at production speed. A 2440 x 6100 mm (8' x 20') bed and a 30 kW in-house fiber laser source take mild steel to 50 mm (2") and stainless to 40 mm (1.6"), so heavy fabricators can move plate work off a plasma table and onto a laser without losing edge quality. A reinforced dual-drive gantry holds accuracy across the full bed length even under full plate loads. Tollaston's applications engineers run a test cut on your own plate before delivery, size the gas supply and rigging for the Titan's footprint, and train your team on the Lasoryx Vector control. Full commissioning, cut-quality sign-off and coast-to-coast parts and service are included.

Tube laser cutting system
LXT-230
The LXT-230 cuts round, square, rectangular and angle profile from 20 mm up to 230 mm (0.8" to 9") across in a single setup — holes, slots, notches and compound miters programmed straight from your 3D model, with no secondary drilling or sawing. A 6 kW in-house fiber laser source and automatic bar loader feed stock up to 8 m (26') long, and a self-centring chuck handles heavy structural profile without hand-adjustment between runs. The Lasoryx Vector control runs tube-specific nesting that minimizes remnant length on every bar. Tollaston programs your first parts, runs a test cut on your own tube stock at the Vaughan Tech Centre, and trains your team on setup and nesting before handover.

Tube laser cutting system
LXT-65
The LXT-65 brings tube laser cutting to shops that don't need the LXT-230's heavy-profile capacity. It cuts round, square and rectangular tube from 12.7 mm up to 65 mm (0.5" to 2.6") across, handling holes, slots, notches and miters in one setup instead of a separate saw and drill press operation. A 3 kW in-house fiber laser source and a single-chuck loading table suit lower-volume shops or those running a wide mix of small structural and architectural tube. The Lasoryx Vector control's tube nesting minimizes drop from every bar. Tollaston commissions the LXT-65 on your own tube stock, trains your team on setup, and backs it with the same coast-to-coast parts and service network as every Lasoryx we sell.
