The line is Italian-built and suits countertop, monument and architectural stone fabricators. We carry the LB-3600 Monoblock and LB5-3800 SawJet bridge saws, the LC-4 Profiler and LC5-4500 Titan stone CNC centres, and the LP-8 Polisher, all sharing the Lithocore Vein control. Every purchase includes a real test on your own material or parts at our Vaughan Tech Centre, applications engineering from your first quote through your first production run, Lithocore parts stocked in our Vaughan warehouse, and factory-trained service technicians across Canada and the US.

CNC bridge saw
LB-3600 Monoblock
The LB-3600 Monoblock is Lithocore's workhorse bridge saw, built on a single welded-steel frame that keeps the blade vibration-free through hard granite and dense quartz. The bridge head tilts a full 0-90° for mitred edges and waterfall joints, and the table tilts to 45° for profile cuts that would otherwise need a hand grinder and a steady arm. The Lithocore Vein control stores a library of common shapes so a fabricator's second and third cut on a job run from a saved program rather than a fresh layout. A recirculating water system manages slurry through the cut so the slab stays clean and the blade stays cool on long production runs. Tollaston commissions every LB-3600 on your own slab material at the Vaughan Tech Centre, trains your fabricators on the shape library, and backs it with parts and service across Canada and the US.

5-axis saw-jet combination bridge saw
LB5-3800 SawJet
The LB5-3800 SawJet puts a tilting saw blade and a 60,000 psi waterjet head on the same 5-axis carriage, so a fabricator programs one job file and the machine chooses the right tool for each cut automatically. Straight cuts and mitred edges run on the blade at saw speed; sink cutouts, curved profiles and decorative inlay switch to the waterjet without an operator swapping heads or re-clamping the slab. The head tilts continuously through 0-90° on both tools, and the table adds another 45° for compound-angle work. A camera-assisted layout system matches slab veining to the cut program before the first pass. Tollaston's applications engineers program and prove your first complex job on your own slab at the Vaughan Tech Centre, and every SawJet is backed with technicians trained on both cutting processes.

LC-4 Profiler
The LC-4 Profiler takes a countertop from a sawn blank to a finished, polished part without moving it between machines. A 12-position automatic tool changer swaps router bits, profile wheels and polishing pads through one program, so a sink cut-out, its finished edge profile and its polish all happen in one clamping. The automatic 6-step polishing spindle grades from rough to gloss without an operator swapping pads by hand, and the Lithocore Vein control ships with sink-cutout templates for common basin models already loaded. A combination vacuum-and-mechanical table handles both standard slab thicknesses and the odd panel that vacuum alone won't hold. Tollaston proves your edge profiles and sink templates on your own slab at the Vaughan Tech Centre and trains your fabricators on the tool library before handover.

5-axis large-format stone CNC machining centre
LC5-4500 Titan
The LC5-4500 Titan scales up the Profiler's edge-to-polish workflow to architectural stone and monument work, where slabs run larger and details run deeper. A swivel head tilts ±110° on a continuous rotary axis, reaching the compound angles that relief carving and shaped monument faces need without hand-finishing. The sectional vacuum-and-mechanical table extends to handle oversized slate and stone panels that would overhang a standard bed, and a 16-position tool changer carries both roughing bits and the 8-step automatic polishing spindle through one program. The Lithocore Vein control's relief-carving toolpaths turn a 3D model directly into a carved stone surface. Tollaston's applications engineers program and prove your first large-format or carved job at the Vaughan Tech Centre before the machine ships.

Automatic straight-line edge polisher
LP-8 Polisher
The LP-8 Polisher replaces hand-polishing labour with a straight-line pass through eight automatic spindles, each carrying a progressively finer grit so a sawn countertop or slate edge comes out the other end at a finished gloss. Quick-change tooling swaps between bullnose, half-bullnose, ogee, bevel and flat-polish profiles without a lengthy setup, so a fabricator can run a mixed order of profiles in one shift instead of dedicating a machine to one shape. Variable conveyor speed lets an operator trade throughput for finish quality depending on the material and the job, and the Lithocore Vein control saves recipes so a repeat profile runs the same way every time. Tollaston sets up the LP-8 on your floor, proves your standard profiles on your own material, and trains your team on tooling changeover and recipe saving.
