Sylvane builds CNC routers, edgebanders and panel saws, and Tollaston is an authorized dealer across Canada and the US. The line is Italian-built and suits cabinet, millwork, furniture and store-fixture shops. We carry the SR-1530 Nest, SR-2150 ATC and SR5-3016 5-Axis routers, the SE-45 Compact and SE-90 Pro edgebanders, and the SP-5200 Vertical and SB-3800 Beam panel saws, all sharing the Sylvane Grain control. Every purchase includes a real test on your own material or parts at our Vaughan Tech Centre, applications engineering from your first quote through your first production run, Sylvane parts stocked in our Vaughan warehouse, and factory-trained service technicians across Canada and the US.

Nested-based CNC router
SR-1530 Nest
The SR-1530 Nest is Sylvane's entry point into automated nesting, built for cabinet shops cutting parts from full sheet goods every day. A dual-conveyor load and unload system feeds sheets onto the vacuum table and clears finished nests automatically, so one operator can keep a queue of jobs running without standing over the machine. A 21-spindle vertical drill block handles shelf-pin and hardware boring in the same cycle as the routing pass, cutting a separate boring step out of the process entirely. The Sylvane Grain control drives nesting, label printing and part tracking from one screen. Tollaston commissions every SR-1530 Nest on your own sheet stock at the Vaughan Tech Centre, trains your operators on the nesting software, and backs the machine with parts and service across Canada and the US.

Heavy-duty ATC CNC router
SR-2150 ATC
The SR-2150 ATC is Sylvane's heavy-duty router for shops whose work mixes full sheet goods with solid millwork and sign material. A 10-position linear tool changer swaps router bits automatically mid-program, and interchangeable table modules let the same machine run a compact 4' x 8' bed for prototypes or a full 5' x 12' bed for production runs without buying a second router. The 24,000 rpm HSD spindle and zoned vacuum table hold down everything from thin acrylic sign blanks to thick MDF door blanks. The Sylvane Grain control carries the same nesting software as the rest of the line, so a shop's programming knowledge transfers across every Sylvane router. Tollaston proves your material on the machine at the Vaughan Tech Centre before it ships and trains your team on tool-changer setup and table swaps.

5-axis CNC router
SR5-3016 5-Axis
The SR5-3016 5-Axis brings continuous 5-axis machining to solid-wood work that a flat-table router can't reach — compound joinery, curved staircase stringers, and architectural composite panels with angled faces. The tilting head runs ±120° with 360° continuous rotation, so a single setup finishes faces that would otherwise need manual hand-fitting or multiple flat-table operations. A 12-position carousel changer and automatic tool-length measurement keep complex programs running without operator intervention, and the Sylvane Grain control's 5-axis post-processor support means your CAM software talks to the machine the same way it would to any other 5-axis platform. Tollaston's applications engineers build and prove your first 5-axis program on your own stock at the Vaughan Tech Centre before the machine ships, and train your team on workholding and toolpath strategy.

Single-sided edgebander
SE-45 Compact
The SE-45 Compact brings edgebanding in-house for shops that have been outsourcing it or banding by hand. A pre-milling station squares the panel edge before glue is applied, so the band bonds cleanly even on panels with a slightly rough factory edge, and the EVA hot-melt glue pot is sized for a job shop's batch sizes rather than a production line's. Flush end-trimming and a standard scraper finish every panel to a paint-ready edge in one pass. It runs on a single-phase 208-240V service, so most shops can install it without an electrical upgrade. Tollaston sets up the machine on your floor, runs your own panel stock through it during commissioning, and trains your operator on glue-pot care and edge-band changeover, backed by parts and service across Canada and the US.

High-speed edgebander
SE-90 Pro
The SE-90 Pro is Sylvane's production edgebander, built for cabinet shops that need every panel to come off the line looking the same, fast. A dual-motor pre-milling station and an automatic corner-rounding unit handle square and radiused panels without a tooling changeover, and the dual EVA/PUR glue pot switches between standard and moisture-resistant bonding for kitchen and bath work in the same shift. The optional zero-joint station melts the edge band's own surface instead of relying on a glue line, leaving a seam that's effectively invisible on laminate panels. A multi-wheel buffing station finishes every edge before it leaves the machine. Tollaston commissions the SE-90 Pro on your own panel stock, sets your first recipe library in the Sylvane Grain control, and trains your team on changeover between glue systems and edge profiles.

CNC beam saw
SB-3800 Beam
The SB-3800 Beam automates the sheet-breakdown step that a manual saw leaves to an operator's measuring and memory. A programmable pusher drives the stack the full length of its 3800 mm stroke, the Sylvane Grain control runs a cutting-list optimization pass to minimize offcut before the first cut is even made, and an automatic pneumatic lift-and-turn table rotates the stack for cross cuts without manual handling. A scoring blade rides ahead of the main 400 mm blade to leave a chip-free bottom face on melamine and laminate stock. Programs upload directly from office nesting software, so a cutting list becomes a running program without re-entering dimensions on the shop floor. Tollaston proves your cutting list on your own material at the Vaughan Tech Centre and trains your team on program upload and optimization settings.

Vertical panel saw
SP-5200 Vertical
The SP-5200 Vertical mounts flat against a wall and lets one operator break down full sheets of melamine, plywood or solid-surface material without the run-out space a horizontal table saw needs. A sliding carriage on precision rails carries the panel past a fixed 250 mm blade, and a dual-axis digital readout lets the operator dial in rip and cross cuts directly instead of measuring by hand. Pneumatic clamping holds the sheet square through the cut, so a single person can safely break down material that would otherwise need a second set of hands. It's the practical first step for shops sizing sheet goods before they're ready to invest in a full CNC beam saw. Tollaston installs and levels every SP-5200 Vertical on-site and trains your operator on setup and blade care.
